Welcome to our Worship

We are a small, but welcoming congregation, worshipping in a mix of formal and informal styles. We use the most up to date forms of worship now prescribed by the Church of England.

Who are we?

St Mary Birch belongs to the Church of England and one of three churches within the Parish of Langley. The parish church is All Saints & Martyrs, Langley and the other church is St Thomas, Bowlee. We are a part of the Heywood and Middleton Deanery in the Diocese of Manchester.

What we believe

•        that God loves each and every one of us.
•        that God has made it possible for us to know him.
•        that Jesus is the Son of God and a gift of love to us.
•        that accepting Jesus as Lord of our life brings us into relationship with God.

Our Music

We now have a wonderful organist but when not present, music is provided by a CD player!
